The project is collaboration between two partners, Youth in Science and Business Foundation (YSBF), Estonia and ApopsiYpiresiesPliroforikisSymvouleftikis KaiEkpaidefsisAnonymiEtaireia,(APOPSI S.A.), Greece.
Youth in Science and Business Foundation (YSBF) is a non-profit organisation aimed at supporting innovative ideas and creativity. We disseminate information on advancements of science and technology and conduct research activities related to IT and innovation.
YSBF has been dealing with several projects on how to promote knowledge of young people and adults as well on issues related to promotion of creativity and innovative thinking to promote science subjects as a career choice among young people, adults and disadvantaged groups in the society. YSBF provide support to the above-mentioned groups with the help of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship promotion and setting a footing for more elaborate possibilities of work for people, including from disadvantaged backgrounds (e.g., migrants).Since establishment of YSBF in 2001, the organization has received funding for projects from EU-funds, private sector companies, Estonian government and international organisations. The organization is based in Tallinn, Estonia, but isinvolved mainly in international projects. YSBF has more than 15 years of experience in projects related to young people, science, technology, and dissemination of novel ideas.

APOPSI S.A. was founded in 1995 and operates in the field of Vocational Training, Career Counselling and Information Technologies. APOPSI is one of the largest Vocational Training and Lifelong Learning Centers in Greece with national range. It is based in Piraeus Greece and maintains departments in the cities of Patra and Nafplio. The organization has also an affiliated entity in Bucharest Romania (APOPSI ROMANIA S.A.), which provides also vocational training, career & business consulting and ICT services.
The main activities of APOPSI S.A. concern the following areas:
- Vocational training to unemployed, employees and self-employed in the form of face to face, blended learning or asynchronous/synchronous e-learning.
- Career Counselling and support to unemployed and employees on issues such as exploring professional interests, competencies and skills, professional orientation, connection with the labor market.
- Coordination, management and implementation of integrated projects and development programs related to Human Resources in the context of national and European initiatives
- Implementation of studies and research on Human Resources and Local Development
- Design, development and customization of Learning Management Systems and Learning Content Management Systems
- Design and development of digital educational content
- Development of distance learning courses.
APOPSI S.A. holds EN ISO 9001:2008, EN ISO 27001:2013 and EN ISO 1435 Quality Assurance Systems applied to the provision of its services, the company’s Information Technology Systems’ security and the implementation of dissemination activities respectively.
